About our homes
The State of California designates us as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). We are known by many names — assisted living, board and care, care home. Whatever the name may be, the work that we do is filled with conviction and sincerity. We provide the best patient-centered care, bar none.
Our homes are licensed by the California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division. Our two Zelzah Avenue homes sit next to each other in the Sherwood Forest neighborhood of Northridge, just south of California State University Northridge; our Corbin Avenue home is nearby in Northridge, and our Tiara Street home is in Encino.
Each home is a large, spacious single-level house with private rooms, a caregiver's room, several bathrooms and a large living and entertainment room, with 24/7 care and supervision and a caregiver-to-resident ratio of 1 to 2.
Our doors are always open to families, friends and visitors of our residents. We encourage frequent visits, most of all on birthdays, holidays and other special occasions.
If you are thinking of our residential care homes, feel free to contact us by phone at (818) 388-1462, by email at contact@eveninggrace.com, by mail at 8811 Zelzah Ave, Northridge, CA 91325, or by fax at (818) 349-1995.
