Our Beginnings
One morning while driving I heard the following phrase on the radio “Morning glory, evening grace!” and I thought to myself that I finally had the missing piece to my puzzle. Finally I had a name to the business that I was dreaming of starting. The idea of a RCFE was planted by one of my good friends who had been operating a successful RCFE business for a while. I always had a passion for health and wellness, and therefore this occupation is an extension of me and my passion.
Evening Grace Residential Facility for Elderly, LLC. was founded in January 2007 and we opened our first home in June of the same year. My husband and I bought the home next door to us and transformed a 1500 square foot modest ranch style home into a 4100 square foot facility. The beginning of the business was not an easy task. Our residents trickled in so we were forced to do the care giving work by ourselves. Only after the third resident could we afford a full time caregiver. Step by step, we filled the house and completed the three person care giving team.
When people started knowing about us, we received instant praise as having one of the most luxurious and elegant residential care homes in the San Fernando Valley. Aside from providing the right surroundings, what we strived for and still do is an above exceptional level of personal care. This mindset has served us so well that within a year we opened our second RCFE home.
Located right next door to our first facility, our second one began receiving guests in the beginning of 2009. The 17,000 square feet lot that hosts an impressive 3800 square foot house provides the right environment for our elderly residents to enjoy several indoor as well as outdoor activities.
Getting to this moment of a two house assisted living experience, we believe that we have learned a lot about elderly care. Even though they are physically two houses, there is no difference in the level of care, services or activities. Because our caregivers help each other, because we celebrate together the birthdays and the holidays and because we enjoy the activities all together, we consider ourselves one big family.
Ever since we opened the gates to this facility, we were fortunate enough to get to meet the most wonderful people belonging to “The Great Generation” as well as their families. We consider ourselves blessed and we enjoy every day. We have success stories that brought us a lot of happiness and excitement as well as the peace of mind for the families of our residents.
Therefore, thanking you again for showing interest in our website, please feel free to surf around and get all the information you need. Should there be anything you would like to talk about, do not hesitate to contact us.

Diana and family
