Assisted Living

Medication management:
One of the most important aspects of the assisted living is medication management.  We order, organize, dose and provide the medications.  We also keep in touch with doctors and pharmacies to provide our residents with what they need at the time they need it, as well as monitor and observe for any secondary reaction.

Bathing assistance:
We provide regular showers and baths to our residents and assist them during the whole process.

Dress and grooming assistance:
We assist with dressing, shaving, dental hygiene or hair brushing.  While this is a daily service, extra care is taken when preparing for an outing.  Personalized care is offered, depending on each one’s needs.

Permanent monitoring and check-ups:
We believe that it is better to prevent than to cure.  Therefore we keep a close eye on our residents’ progress and behavior.  Our caregivers are trained to notice and document any change or disorder in our residents’ condition.  This is the way we can take care of the problems in their early stages and prevent them from becoming unmanageable.

Incontinence management:
Our staff can accommodate incontinent residents, look for improvement of this issue, provide and use incontinence products.

Appointments management:
We can take care of scheduling and transportation to any doctor’s appointment, either on a needed basis or on a regular basis.

Newspapers and magazines:
Because we have residents that like being informed, we are subscribed to local newspapers such as: The Los Angeles Times and Daily News.  Special subscriptions are available upon request.

Laundry service:
Laundry is done on a regular basis or as needed inside the house by our staff, of course at no extra charge.

Optional services:
We can help you anytime with extra services like manicure, pedicure, salon services, etc.
